Rain Village

I'm a new member and have read through many topics and discussions. 
I'm interested in gathering people to join the Rain Village. It doesn't matter to me who wants to be "Kage" lets just get it setup. If it's alright with the Moderators we could have like "The Original Five" or any other suggestions the members can create.

We're looking for 3 more interested and dedicated members to start up the infamous rain village.

if its a clan then there isn't a kage thers a leader or what ever you want to call him in ur clanand welcome to the site

Nazkar Hyuuga wants to be the leader or Kage or w/e of the village so we only need 1 more person to join.
