Summoning
Jutsu (Lightning Beetles): Summons around 50 beetles that shock on

this Jutsu does barely any damage and costs little chakra. This wil

beetles either such that they could be outrun by many.

user creates a clone of himself, then using genjutsu makes it look like
their fading away so as the Tracker or chaser is coming after him the
clone will be caught making an easy escape for the person, this can be
used to easily escape someone who is tracking them, can be taught and
takes little to no chakra.

history/backround:Gengis skill of healing abiltiys qas noticed quickly.Many villages tryed to get hiim to join.He was in konha for about 15 years.He left because no one appreciated him and he was sick of the way things were done around here.He attempted to assinat the hokage but was stopped and put in jail.He was able to escape killing 3 anbu along the way.He left his village and many anub went after him knowing what he could do.He thought himself how to play the flute then found a way to insert chackra into what he played.After figuring out this new skill he easyly killed lifes and destroyed homes.He quickly worked his way up to S rank criminal and has a huge want for him.
